Raclette
Serves 4 - Prep 20mins - Cook 1hour 30mins
- 1kg Baby or Miniature Potatos
- 20 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- Chorizo Slices
- Pepperoni Slices
- Prosciutto
- Pepper, in Strips
- Mushrooms
- Cooked Chicken
- Any Other Cooked Meats

Method
- Steam potatoes for 20 minutes or until they slide off a knife
- Whilst the potatoes are steaming, prep all your meat/veg by cutting peppers, mushrooms and any other meat/veg into slices ready to be cooked on the raclette
- Grate cheese if you're not using pre-sliced cheese
- Pre-cook any uncooked meats and cut up into small portions that can quickly be reheated on the raclette.
- Set up table with Raclette on a heatproof surface in the middle of the table.
- Heat up raclette and get started!
