Raclette


Serves 4 - Prep 20mins - Cook 1hour 30mins


Method

  1. Steam potatoes for 20 minutes or until they slide off a knife

  2. Whilst the potatoes are steaming, prep all your meat/veg by cutting peppers, mushrooms and any other meat/veg into slices ready to be cooked on the raclette

  3. Grate cheese if you're not using pre-sliced cheese

  4. Pre-cook any uncooked meats and cut up into small portions that can quickly be reheated on the raclette.

  5. Set up table with Raclette on a heatproof surface in the middle of the table.

  6. Heat up raclette and get started!
