Moist Chocolate Cake
Serves 10 - Prep 30mins - Cook 30mins
- 225g Plain Flour
- 350g Caster Sugar
- 85g Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 125ml Vegitable Oil
- 250ml Milk
- 250ml Boiling Water

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180C and prepare 2 8 inch tins.
- Place all ingredients except boiling water into a bowl.
- Beat together until smooth.
- Add the boiling water a little at a time.
- Beat well, this will be very liquid.
- Pour into tins and bake for 25-35mins, 20mins for cupcakes
- Once baked, leave to cool and then fill with your filling of choice (Nutella or Chocolate Fudge Icing are good choices)
