Moist Chocolate Cake


Serves 10 - Prep 30mins - Cook 30mins


Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C and prepare 2 8 inch tins.

  2. Place all ingredients except boiling water into a bowl.

  3. Beat together until smooth.

  4. Add the boiling water a little at a time.

  5. Beat well, this will be very liquid.

  6. Pour into tins and bake for 25-35mins, 20mins for cupcakes

  7. Once baked, leave to cool and then fill with your filling of choice (Nutella or Chocolate Fudge Icing are good choices)
